- We accept exchange and refund for caps and beanies within 3 days from order delivery to the customer. Please submit your return request here.
- We don't offer any exchange or refund for swimwear products.
- The item/s needed to be exchanged or refunded should be in the same condition as how it was delivered to the customer.
- In case of refund there will be a deduction of 4$ - or its equivalent in the currency of the country from which the order was made - on the total value of the item/s , unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen.
- Refund process takes 10 working days.
- In case of exchange the customer will pay for delivery fees for the exchange shipment, unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen , then Tag’s will pay for the exchange shipment delivery fees.
